About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management of IT governance processes, ensuring adherence to ITIL 4 practices (Change, Incident, Problem and Release Management) and to current corporate frameworks.
  • Assist in the drafting, review and publication of regulations, policies and procedures related to IT infrastructure and operations processes, keeping the document repository up to date.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs/SLAs) for governance processes, producing periodic management and executive reports for presentation to leadership and audit teams.
  • Provide support for CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking, tracking decisions and following up on action plans.
  • Monitor compliance with change freeze periods (the first and last five business days of the month) and authorized change windows, flagging deviations to management.
  • Assist in responding to internal and external audits by collecting evidence, organizing supporting documentation and helping to develop action plans to address findings.
  • Extract, cleanse and consolidate data from ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice) to build dashboards and follow-up reports.
  • Support access governance, inventories and the lifecycle management of infrastructure assets and databases, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects for IT processes, contributing to AS-IS/TO-BE mappings, identifying bottlenecks and proposing automations.
  • Interact with business areas, Cybersecurity, Audit and vendors to enable process execution and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Contribute to a culture of regulatory compliance (BACEN - Brazilian Central Bank, SOX, LGPD - Brazilian Data Protection Law), ensuring processes operate within the regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Knowledge of ITIL 4 (Foundation certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration Management (CMDB).
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira or similar).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on intermediate/advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate or other visualization and automation tools (desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of frameworks and regulations: COBIT, ISO 20000/27001, BACEN (Brazilian Central Bank), SOX and LGPD (desirable).
