About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution and optimization of multichannel digital performance strategies, including paid media and owned channels.
- Manage and evolve key business KPIs (CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, conversion, LTV, etc.), with short-, medium- and long-term perspectives.
- Define, structure and prioritize the performance initiatives backlog, working in an agile model and ensuring deliveries with measurable impact.
- Serve as the performance reference within the organization, with strong influencing and engagement skills, guiding squads and stakeholders (product, technology, CRM, data, UX).
- Identify opportunities across the acquisition and conversion funnel, proposing and leading continuous optimization initiatives (growth and CRO).
- Lead the strategy and evolution of digital sales channels, with focus on:
- - WhatsApp (conversational journeys, automation, CRM integration and assisted sales)
- - Mobile app (app), focusing on acquisition, conversion, activation and retention
- Run and scale A/B tests and continuous experimentation across campaigns, journeys and interfaces.
- Build and oversee executive and operational dashboards, ensuring data governance and strategic interpretation of results.
- Define and manage the media budget, ensuring efficiency, scale and continuous optimization of investments.
- Monitor market trends, technologies and best practices in digital performance, especially in the financial sector.
- Ensure compliance with LGPD and best practices in data use.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields).
- Strong experience in digital business with a focus on performance and growth.
- Experience in a strategic role working with multiple stakeholders.
- Practical experience managing backlogs and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, including paid media, mobile apps and WhatsApp as a sales/conversion channel.
- Proficiency with media platforms and analytics tools.
- Advanced experience in data analysis and BI tools.
- Highly analytical, data-driven and results-oriented profile.
