About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on the product's evolution and consistency;
Work closely with the Product Owner on prioritization, understanding business requirements, and shaping the product vision;
Work end-to-end across the design process;
Use a variety of design methods, such as journey maps, navigation flows, prototyping, research, testing, and others;
Conduct research focused on deep user understanding (e.g., usability testing, benchmarking, and interviews);
Formulate solution hypotheses informed by available data or data gathered from product experiments;
Document and share insights and knowledge about users;
Propose tools and improvements to the design process that increase team productivity, based on evidence and rationale;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferably in Design, Communication, or a related field;
Experience with Discovery and Delivery processes in the product lifecycle;
Proficiency in Figma;
Experience building data-informed interface solutions;
Perform end-to-end user journey analysis to ensure optimal experience;
Experience with UX methodologies: User Journeys, Personas, Service Blueprint;
Experience leading co-creation workshops/facilitations;
Ability to work well in a collaborative, cross-functional team;
Desired/Preferred knowledge:
Experience in the banking and/or financial sector is a plus;
Knowledge of Design Systems;
Experience with agile methodologies for user-focused product development;
