About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, structure and support the end-to-end execution of user research (discovery, validation and continuous follow-up);
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Designers and stakeholders to understand business problems and user needs;
- Own the entire Research Ops workflow: participant recruitment, criteria definition, logistics, incentives and vendor coordination;
- Define research scripts, select appropriate methodologies and support the conduct of qualitative and quantitative research;
- Conduct research such as in-depth interviews, usability tests, exploratory surveys and benchmarks;
- Consolidate, analyze and synthesize research data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for the Experience and Product teams;
- Support the creation and validation of hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative data;
- Document, organize and disseminate user knowledge in a clear and accessible way (repositories, reports, presentations);
- Build and evolve research processes, tools and standards that increase the efficiency and maturity of the UX Research practice;
- Ensure the voice of the user is represented and considered in product decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Communication, Social Sciences, Anthropology or related fields;
- Experience conducting research across Discovery and Delivery cycles;
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative);
- Experience with user recruitment and operational management of research (Research Ops);
- Ability to analyze and synthesize data, transforming learnings into actionable insights;
- Experience with usability testing and user interviews;
- Experience building and maintaining research repositories and documenting learnings;
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication skills for presenting results and influencing product decisions;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo.
