About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for a specific portfolio of administrative and judicial proceedings covering various matters and Banco Bmg products;
Daily management and oversight of external law firms providing legal services to Banco Bmg, related to the portfolio assigned;
Managing information in the judicial case management system (Exyon), including registrations, messages, payments, contingencies, and other updates;
Drafting responses to official requests/letters (Ofícios) for various public and private entities;
Preparing various reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Participating in internal and external meetings;
Daily interaction with internal clients to gather supporting information and other necessary details.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent);
Postgraduate studies preferred;
Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Experience in the banking sector;
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and proactivity;
Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a plus.
