About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Knowledge of ISO 27701, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), GDPR and related privacy standards;
Experience with process mapping involving personal data;
Knowledge of privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default methodologies;
Experience in risk assessments and managing action plans to improve and align personal data protection measures;
Knowledge of consent management mechanisms and cookie management;
Familiarity with data subject rights;
Support the maintenance of the personal data inventory in the privacy platform;
Knowledge of Digital Law and technology infrastructure;
Ensure the company’s compliance with the LGPD;
Respond to requests and questions from business areas regarding the applicability of the General Data Protection Law;
Support incident management;
Knowledge of data protection across the information lifecycle (encryption, anonymization, DLP);
Assist in improving transparency mechanisms, including privacy policies and notices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of LGPD, Bacen and ISO 27701
Experience in risk and controls management
Knowledge of data governance and information security
Experience with privacy management tools (e.g., OneTrust)
Problem-solving skills, analytical and strategic vision, dynamic, proactive, organized, sense of urgency, and good interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple areas
Clear communication
