About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct research and analyses of new business opportunities;
Develop, monitor, and communicate product actions, metrics, and topics related to product management;
Promote and lead initiatives and projects that contribute to the product backlog and roadmap;
Act as PM/PO leading technology projects;
Serve as the interface between business and technology;
Manage multidisciplinary squads;
Work with investment products.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher;
Analytical and strategic mindset;
Strong communication and coordination with partner teams;
Previous experience in financial institutions;
Experience as a Product Manager (PM) or Product Owner (PO);
Strong track record in technology projects;
Knowledge of investment products, preferably fixed income;
Analytical skills for data evaluation, statistical analysis, and growth metric management;
Experience working with databases;
Experience preparing executive reports;
Availability for a hybrid working model in São Paulo.
