About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure, implement and closely monitor initiatives that drive organizational culture at all levels.
  • Create and execute creative campaigns and sustaining movements to ensure our culture is actively lived.
  • Develop and support our leaders so they act as true ambassadors of the "Jeito Bmg", inspiring by example.
  • Lead cultural rituals and strategic programs, such as recognition initiatives based on company values and length of service.
  • Monitor metrics and carry out continuous diagnostics, turning data into insights for decision-making.
  • Develop the Human Resources team in matters of organizational culture, strengthening their role as culture influencers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Communication, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Professional experience in Organizational Culture and Internal Communications, with proficiency in methodologies specific to the area.
  • Proven experience leading strategic projects focused on people management.
  • Experience with data analysis and monitoring HR metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic mindset with a results orientation and excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical profile for data-driven decision-making and ability to facilitate discussions and workshops.
