About the role

  • Analyze accounting and managerial results for banking products, identifying significant variances, trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor key financial indicators and the business P&L.
  • Prepare financial projections, including forecasts, revisions and the annual budget.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports and executive presentations to support leadership.
  • Support investigation of variances, result explanations and consolidation of information from multiple areas.
  • Interface with areas such as Accounting, Controllership, Product and Commercial to collect and align information.
  • Actively participate in process improvements, automation of routines and the pursuit of efficiency in financial analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate), PowerPoint and basic SQL.
  • Analytical skills and strong ability to interpret data.
  • Proactivity and an ownership mindset in problem solving.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact with different departments.
  • Energy, curiosity and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple demands.
  • Previous experience with FP&A, controllership, accounting or financial consulting (internship or first job).
  • Understanding of financial statements and accounting/management concepts.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
  • Intermediate level of English.
