About the role

  • Map and analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and propose improvements;
  • Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud) and Python;
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for automations;
  • Monitor the stability and performance of automated flows, making adjustments as needed;
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and propose efficient solutions;
  • Support and evolve existing automations, ensuring adherence to security, governance, and quality best practices.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Desktop and Cloud);
  • Strong knowledge of Python for automation development;
  • Familiarity with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs;
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation in relational databases;
  • Ability to critically analyze processes and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Previous experience with automation projects and documentation best practices is desirable;
  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Technology or related fields;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte.
