About the role

  • Monitor and develop credit policies and strategies for personal (retail) credit;
  • Monitor portfolio performance and credit approvals;
  • Drive process improvements and generate reports;
  • Conduct tests and analyses of new information for credit management;
  • Have experience in credit strategy and credit risk areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
  • Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Familiarity with programming languages and data tools (Python/R and SQL/SAS);
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
