Continuously analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities to keep the program at the forefront of the industry.
Partner with the CMO and executive team to define marketplace priorities within the broader omnichannel growth strategy.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value partners, including content publishers and comparison sites.
Cultivate and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key partners to maximize their engagement and performance.
Negotiate favorable terms, including commission structures and placement fees, to ensure a healthy and sustainable ROI.
Lead quarterly business reviews and performance reports for executive stakeholders.
Own the performance of the affiliate channel, regularly tracking and reporting on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, LTV, and ROI.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions on budget allocation.
Ensure all reporting and analysis is accurate and effectively communicated to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary liaison for the affiliate channel, collaborating closely with internal teams including Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Analytics, and Brand Marketing.
Ensure all affiliate campaigns and content are brand-aligned, compliant with financial regulations, and support broader company initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of affiliate managers.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a dedicated affiliate marketing role.
Demonstrated success in managing and scaling multi-million dollar affiliate programs.
Proven experience in the fintech, financial services, or a highly regulated industry is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
