About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, inspire, and develop a team of highly skilled software engineers.
Contribute directly to the codebase, review technical implementation, shape architecture and design decisions, and ensure scalable, reliable, production-ready AI solutions.
Drive critical project initiatives from early concept through enterprise-scale production.
Partner with Product Management, Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams.
Define the technical vision, engineering strategy, and execution roadmap for AI-driven products and services.
Champion cloud-native development, automation, observability, and DevOps practices.
Build and scale distributed engineering teams while attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
Foster experimentation and continuous learning.
Drive operational excellence across planning, execution, delivery, and post-release performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including multiple years leading and developing engineering teams.
Deeply technical, hands-on engineering leadership experience with code, implementation, technical reviews, and delivery decisions.
Experience building, deploying, and scaling production-ready AI/ML-powered systems.
Hands-on exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, autonomous systems, AI orchestration frameworks, or intelligent workflow platforms.
Proven experience delivering complex 0-to-1 SaaS products in cloud-native environments.
Strong foundation in software architecture, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.
Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams.
Experience partnering with Product Management and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution, including writing code and contributing to architecture, design, delivery, and operational decisions.
Experience building large-scale platforms, services, or developer ecosystems would help you stand out.
Familiarity with enterprise software, workflow automation, observability, or operations management solutions would help you stand out.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is helpful but not required.
