About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, analyze, and review fee agreements and other legal instruments related to the firm's provision of services
- Draft and review service agreements and amendments, partnership agreements, sponsorship contracts, and other contractual instruments
- Draft and review various legal documents, such as declarations, extrajudicial notices, letters of settlement, letters of undertaking, and related documents
- Provide consultative support to internal teams on matters related to contractual obligations and contract interpretation
- Draft and review corporate documents, including minutes, amendments to articles of association, and other corporate records
- Manage, prepare, and oversee powers of attorney, ensuring proper administration of the firm's representation instruments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent)
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Proven experience in Contract Law
- Knowledge of Corporate Law
- Advanced English is a plus, particularly for reading and drafting documents
- Experience in law firms or corporate legal departments
- Experience with contract review and negotiation
- Organized, analytical profile with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and engage with diverse stakeholders
