About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings and court documents of varying complexity;
Handling strategic litigation matters involving intellectual property;
Monitoring case progress and conducting legal research;
Assisting in defining litigation strategies and in case management;
Collaborating with internal teams, interns, and other members of the department;
Performing routine litigation tasks and tracking judicial proceedings;
Supporting client service for domestic and international clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB);
Prior experience in civil or strategic litigation, which may have been gained through internships or as a junior attorney;
Experience drafting legal pleadings and monitoring court proceedings;
Advanced English for interaction with clients and international matters.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior experience in intellectual property litigation (trademarks, patents, copyrights, and related matters);
Experience at large law firms or in high-complexity litigation;
Litigation experience in courts and strong involvement in contentious practice;
Experience serving international clients;
Having stood out as an intern or possessing solid practical training in judicial litigation.
