Junior Labor Lawyer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage labor litigation cases of medium to high complexity;
- Draft procedural filings at all stages of litigation, including initial complaints, defenses, motions, appeals, and enforcement/execution proceedings;
- Conduct initial hearings, evidentiary and settlement hearings, as well as oral arguments when applicable;
- Support the development of legal strategies and defense theses based on current legislation and case law.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree (completed) with active OAB registration;
- Previous experience in labor litigation;
- English proficiency is considered a plus.
