About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise domestic and international clients on complex insolvency matters, debt restructuring and distressed asset acquisitions, both in pre-litigation and litigation contexts;
Provide strategic guidance in litigation and advisory matters involving bankruptcy proceedings, judicial reorganization and out-of-court restructurings;
Lead the development and implementation of legal and commercial strategies, conducting in-depth analyses of risks and impacts for clients;
Draft, review and validate legal memoranda, opinions and complex procedural documents;
Lead the drafting, review and monitoring of judicial and out-of-court reorganization plans, as well as related legal instruments;
Serve as the main point of contact with clients, judicial administrators, financial advisors and other stakeholders involved in transactions and proceedings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree (completed) with active OAB registration — graduates from 2013 to 2016;
Fluent English;
Experience in Restructuring and Insolvency at a law firm.
