About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare, review, and manage the people budget (headcount, costs, projections, and variances);
  • Support the structuring of the job and salary policy, including reviewing job descriptions;
  • Analyze hiring, promotion, internal transfers, and salary reclassification processes in accordance with internal policies and legal compensation guidelines;
  • Act as liaison with labor unions;
  • Evaluate salary surveys, conduct market analyses and assess financial impacts of personnel movements;
  • Build HR dashboards and presentations, providing strategic analyses of the data;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, or Statistics
  • Advanced Excel: ability to create pivot tables, formulas, and analyses (in-person skills test required);
  • English: Intermediate
  • Knowledge of the AllStrategy system is a plus (budget control, financial planning for HR);
  • Experience building metrics (People Analytics); BI skills preferred
  • Prior knowledge of HR subsystems, especially compensation and people budgeting; experience with AI applications in HR.
