Finance Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support strategic decisions
- Manage AP/AR - invoicing, payments and collections
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and clients
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with teams on project budgets and expenses
- Support tax filings, financial statements and compliance requirements
- Monitor cash flow and recommend improvements
- Drive improvements to financial systems and processes
- Work with vendors, clients and auditors on financial matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years in finance or accounting, ideally in a marketing or creative agency
- Proficient in Excel and accounting tools - QuickBooks, Xero or similar
- Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
- Clear communicator, well-organized and reliable under pressure
- Knowledge of advertising industry financial practices is a plus
