About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own growth strategy across a book of business
- Lead a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists
- Diagnose performance issues at the level of creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout
- Walk a skeptical founder through a reset strategy
- Build junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10 years in paid digital advertising, with a meaningful portion managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands
- Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day
- Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm - creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and campaign architecture that gives the algorithm what it needs to spend efficiently at scale
- Analytically rigorous without being paralyzed by data
- Clear, direct communicator - with clients, leadership, and your team, especially when the news isn't what they want to hear.
