Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.

Conduct regular strategic planning sessions with clients, providing actionable insights and aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–10 years of experience in growth strategy, digital marketing, or a similar role with a strong focus on paid digital advertising and e-commerce.
Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, offer testing, and creative strategy.
Proven ability to manage senior-level relationships and address challenges with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
Experience in platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a track record of driving measurable business growth.
Excellent relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Strong presentation skills, including crafting and delivering impactful decks that resonate with stakeholders.
