About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the creative production process from concept to scriptwriting to live testing
- Create performance ads that convert to client revenue growth
- Analyze data and perform consumer, product, and competitor research
- Collaborate with Post-Production and your Creative Strategy Lead
- Write scripts and copy for video and static image ads
- Analyze the results of creative tests and iterate
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Paid social or Direct Response experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with FB Ads Manager and other ad platforms
- Proficiency across Google Suite
