About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the creative product across the client portfolio
- Track trends on Meta and TikTok and translate them into best practices
- Lead and mentor a team of creative strategists
- Ensure production process aligns with strategic objectives
- Liaise with talent to ensure creative strategy is in sync with creator processes
- Manage onboarding of new clients to build momentum quickly
- Present strategies and feedback to clients with conviction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in performance creative, the majority in an agency managing large portfolios
- Experience with DTC brands, fitness apps, consumer tech launches
- Proven revenue generation and measurable impact on conversion rates
- Understanding of direct response creative
- Ability to analyze and adapt strategies based on data and performance
- Experience developing and mentoring creatives and strategists
- Ability to maintain quality and client confidence under performance pressure
