Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years in performance creative, managing a large client portfolio
- Ability to context-switch between various industries
- Proven revenue driving experience on conversion rates and cost per acquisition
- Fluency in direct response creative principles
- Knowledge of platform dynamics for Meta and TikTok
- Experience developing junior strategists and running teams under real performance pressure
