About the role
- Own the End-to-End Sales Process: manage full sales pipeline from qualified lead to close
- Run discovery calls to diagnose prospect needs and pain points
- Present tailored strategic solutions, build proposals, and lead negotiations to contract close
- Conduct in-depth demos of BM Digital’s services with a consultative approach
- Handle objections, build trust, and create urgency to drive deal momentum
- Collaborate with internal strategists, creative, and growth teams for aligned proposals and seamless handoff post-sale
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot and hit or exceed monthly targets for new client revenue and deals closed
- Share insights with sales and marketing to refine ICP and improve conversion
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in an AE role, ideally selling marketing, creative, SaaS, or growth-related services to DTC and E-commerce companies
- Track record of exceeding quota and closing service retainers ($10K–$50K/month+)
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, performance marketing, and growth mechanics
- Ability to communicate complex value propositions simply and persuasively
- High EQ with the ability to read prospects, listen actively, and build authentic trust
- Expert in running live Zoom demos, sales presentations, and writing proposals
- Fast, proactive, and highly coachable with a bias for action and performance
- Experience managing pipeline in HubSpot and owning full sales cycle from demo to signed contract
