About the role
- Help scale BM Digital’s eCommerce influencer marketing offer
- Run a fully booked calendar of sales calls with warm, qualified leads
- Deliver a consultative, high-ticket sales process that closes consistently
- Handle objections with precision, urgency, and confidence
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve close rates
- Maintain pipeline discipline and consistently hit revenue targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven success closing $10K+ ticket offers (consulting, coaching, marketing, SaaS, or similar)
- Track record of $3M+ in cash collected
- 25%+ close rates
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to build trust quickly
- High emotional intelligence and confidence in objection handling
- Ability to work EST hours with consistency and reliability
- Driven by commissions, performance, and mastery
