About the role

  • Manage and confirm sales appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth lead flow and conversions.
  • Monitor and update sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PMs) to ensure alignment on leads and client data.
  • Assist in developing and refining sales processes and workflows.
  • Provide operational support to the sales team - lead tracking, documentation, CRM hygiene.
  • Help with onboarding new sales team members on tools and processes.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into operational efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Sales experience — at least 2 years in sales support, operations, or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bonus: past experience working with HubSpot, Aloware, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets.
