About the role
- Coach and mentor executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders to achieve growth objectives
- Build strategic partnerships and understand clients' business goals
- Assess leadership teams and design customized development plans
- Employ data-driven approaches to improve leadership and performance
- Track and measure impact of coaching on business performance
- Work with clients to develop project and business plans for eCommerce
- Weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls to review Blitzscaling Academy materials and resolve client issues
- Act as executive coach and growth advisor providing tactical marketing advice
- Advise on conversion optimization, ad creative, landing pages, paid ads, influencer marketing, and email marketing
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive coach, growth partner, or similar role
- Experience as an entrepreneur, growth lead, marketing lead, or CMO considered
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and direct to consumer e-commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of leadership principles and organizational dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic mindset and critical thinking
- Relevant certifications in coaching or leadership development highly desirable
