About the role

  • You are responsible for project management in the print area — from briefing and production control to timely delivery.
  • You implement self-developed visual concepts, campaigns and mood shoots, including organization, set construction, prop/styling concepts and overall creative direction.
  • You develop and execute creative design campaigns (e.g., flyers, POS materials, packaging, etc.).
  • You revise and refine the ongoing development of our unified brand identity — aligned with brand image and target audience.
  • You ensure and further develop our corporate design and coordinate internal and external stylists as well as graphic, photo and video teams.
  • You work closely with sales, production and working students to ensure smooth processes and strong results.

Requirements

  • A completed degree in design, communications or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience as an Art Director, stylist, set stylist, visual content creator or similar.
  • Excellent sense for aesthetics, composition, color and brand visual language.
  • Experience in conceiving and executing mood shoots (planning, styling, organization).
  • Structured working style, strong organizational skills and a passion for effective project management.
  • Hands-on mentality, creativity, an eye for detail, empathy and a sense of responsibility.
  • Confident use of common design and project management tools, including AI competencies and video editing skills.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) as well as a professional, communicative demeanor and strong organizational talent.
