About the role

  • You will contribute to strategic HR initiatives, take ownership of individual project packages, and bring structure to processes.
  • You will develop and implement tools, formats and concepts for leaders and employees.
  • You will support internal communication, trainings and workshops.
  • You will accompany projects, events and operational topics related to our junior talent programs.
  • You will optimize HR processes, coordinate appointments and ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements

  • You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Organizational/Business Psychology or a comparable degree program.
  • You must be required to complete a practical semester as part of your studies and are highly motivated to support our team full-time for 5–6 months during the compulsory internship.
  • You have already gained initial practical experience in the HR field.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, in particular Outlook, MS Teams and Excel, and experience working with AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (good command of German).
  • You maintain an independent, responsible and structured working style.
  • You have a quick grasp of new topics and analytical thinking.
  • You have an eye for detail, high reliability and act proactively.
