About the role

  • Responsibility for operational and strategic CRM management
  • Management and development of campaign management – including automation, segmentation and personalization
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the CRM team
  • Close collaboration with shop management, performance marketing, brand marketing, IT and category management
  • Responsibility for day-to-day operations and active participation in key projects
  • Implementation of data-driven processes
  • Further development and scaling of the loyalty program BLUMECARD

Requirements

  • Completed degree – ideally with a focus on CRM, marketing or data management
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems – ideally Emarsys
  • Initial leadership experience in CRM, campaign management or loyalty environments
  • Enthusiasm for customer data and technology: data warehouses, automation or personalization
  • Excellent communication skills, team player and strong organizational abilities
  • Able to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
  • Fluent German, spoken and written (minimum C1 CEFR)
