About the role

  • Independently prepare business cases, decision papers and ad-hoc analyses to steer the e‑commerce and retail business
  • Operational and strategic corporate planning and forecasting in close coordination with the responsible stakeholders
  • Act as a sparring partner for executive management and specialist departments
  • Monitor relevant KPIs and derive data‑driven recommendations for action
  • Drive the digitization of financial controlling processes
  • Create and optimize reports and dashboards (e.g., in Power BI / MS Fabric)

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business informatics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling (management accounting)
  • Alternatively, commercial vocational training plus 3–5 years of relevant practical experience
  • Ideally experience with the dynamics of retail and e‑commerce
  • Experience working in project teams
  • MS Office is your day‑to‑day toolkit; Power BI / MS Fabric are a plus
  • Strong communication skills in German (at least C1 CEFR)
