About the role
- Responsible for managing our SEA campaigns
- Develop new ideas to improve online performance
- Manage and continuously optimize Google Ads & Microsoft Ads campaigns
- Report search performance using relevant KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
- Maintain and optimize the product data feed as the basis for Shopping campaigns
- Brief creative assets for Display & YouTube campaigns
- Continuously optimize account setup and monitor online marketing trends to improve campaigns
- Support planning and implementation of Social Ads campaigns (Meta & Pinterest)
Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Business/Economics, ideally with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEA
- Knowledge of Social Ads is a plus
- Experience in e‑commerce and/or agency environments is an advantage
- Experience with feed management tools is desirable
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Looker Studio
- Open to using AI in performance marketing (e.g., bid management, predictive analytics, or content personalization)
- Strong analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers
- Keen eye for effective creatives and audience-appropriate messaging
- Open to new online marketing trends and willing to actively test new tools and approaches
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 CEFR)
