About the role

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the two team leaders/teams for Maintenance and Building Services
  • Provision, optimization and assurance of the operational reliability of the technical infrastructure related to building management, including maintenance, servicing and operator responsibility
  • Planning, optimization and implementation of appropriate, contemporary workspaces and their equipment
  • Planning, coordination and oversight of construction projects
  • Cost and budget responsibility for the Facility Management area, including all projects in building management and facility services
  • Commissioning and review of external service providers
  • Supporting the company in energy management by planning and implementing energy-efficient measures

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Solid experience in technical building management, ideally with a background in HVAC/utility engineering
  • Strong technical understanding, business-oriented mindset and experience in project management
  • Excellent team skills and a reliable, structured and meticulous working style
