About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Your primary responsibility is the development and programming of low-level (hardware-near) software for the control and data handling of industrial inkjet marking systems
You are responsible for handling development projects: problem analysis, system specification, design/concept, programming, validation and commissioning
You develop solutions within interdisciplinary teams and in collaboration with international customers and suppliers
In doing so, you implement functions and develop modules using various programming languages and development environments
You use configuration and release management to execute projects effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
You have experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems
Experience in developing software for embedded systems and programming FPGAs is among your skills
You have practical knowledge of C++, C and assembler
You have a creative, precise and structured working style
You have good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Teamwork, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure complete your profile
