About the role
- Responsible for the technical planning and implementation of customer solutions in the field of product labeling, with a focus on software and industrial automation solutions
- Analyze customer requirements and design suitable system solutions in close coordination with sales and other departments
- Prepare technical proposals, including effort estimates and solution sketches
- Review requirements specifications and prepare technical project documentation and functional specifications
- Coordinate and resolve project-related actions — both internally and with external project partners
- Actively contribute to the development of our technical sales strategies and solution concepts.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in mechatronics, automation engineering, IT systems engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in technical project environments, ideally related to industrial automation solutions and their data interfaces
- Good knowledge of working with IT systems
- Experience producing requirements and functional specifications as well as structured documentation of technical solutions
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to translate complex requirements into well-thought-out solutions
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, a structured and solution-oriented working style, and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Team player with strong communication skills — especially in cross-functional collaboration.
