About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospecting and Outreaching - conduct inbound and outbound prospecting activities through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Research and target key decision-makers within prospective client accounts
  • Lead Qualification - qualify leads in line with our ICP, by asking appropriate qualification questions.
  • Work in lockstep with the Head of Business Development, sales, and marketing teams to test, learn, and optimize this process
  • Pipeline Development - build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Track and report on prospecting activities, lead qualification, and pipeline development
  • Communication and Relationship Building - clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up
  • Collaboration - collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to optimize lead-generation strategies and messaging; across both inbound and outbound. Provide feedback on market trends, challenges, and the efficacy of messaging and marketing initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native English for effective business communication
  • Sales knowledge and/or experience
  • Determination and drive to achieve monthly targets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to write compelling sales emails
  • Ability to pitch, handle objections, and qualify prospective customers
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative (it would be nice if you also have)
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques
  • Track record of successfully engaging with prospects
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot and Outreach)
