About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of behavior technicians
Build individualized intervention plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
Approved behavior-analytic coursework
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
Background check, potentially including criminal history and driving record
Consent to the background check prior to its completion
Ability to lead behavior technicians and develop individualized intervention plans
Ability to collaborate with families, clinicians, and clinical leadership
Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality ABA care
