Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field
  • Approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) qualification
  • Background check, potentially including criminal history and driving record
  • Consent to the background check prior to its completion
  • Ability to lead behavior technicians and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Ability to collaborate with families, clinicians, and clinical leadership
  • Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality ABA care
