About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position
- Use sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, internal and external candidate mining, boolean searches, and internal and external referrals
- Responsible for ensuring quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
- Ensure proper record keeping in ATS system such as interview notes, candidate disposition, hiring manager and candidate communication, and open roles
- Ensure company staffing needs are filled in a timely manner, and that the company maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews
- Send out all bulk candidate communication (e.g. contact email, rejection emails, text messaging, IM messaging) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
