About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Verify client eligibility and coordinate benefits for ABA services
Obtain insurance benefits and eligibility by contacting payors
Enter verification of benefits and eligibility information in Central Reach system
Provide support to clinics in reviewing verification of benefits requests
Collaborate with RCM teams and departments for issue escalation and solutions
Identify critical issues and propose solutions
Work on special projects and workflow optimization

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in healthcare verification of benefits preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills
Self-starter who can work in an unstructured environment
Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships within the RCM department and across the organization
