About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish strategic and trusting relationships with healthcare leaders regarding KitCheck and KitCheck Anywhere best practices
- Lead live product demonstrations virtually and in person
- Collaborate with sales to communicate product value and automation processes to prospective clients
- Assist sales leaders in developing business plans to achieve revenue goals
- Engage hospital staff from technical teams through the C-suite
- Advise clients using knowledge of hospital pharmacy operations and patient safety practices
- Partner with product to provide customer feedback and clinical input for the product roadmap
- Partner with marketing on webinars and informative content
- Monitor legislation, trends, regulations, and practices affecting nursing, pharmacy, supply chain, and healthcare
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pharmacist with at least 5+ years of management experience in a hospital setting
- Deep hands-on experience with KitCheck and/or RFID-based inventory systems
- Ability to run product demonstrations and answer technical and clinical questions with minimal support
- Proven ability to operate autonomously and lead multidisciplinary projects with minimal oversight
- Direct experience evaluating and implementing technologies to improve hospital processes
- Knowledge of pharmacy procurement, inventory management, and patient safety
- Polished, confident virtual and in-person presentation skills
- Ability to tailor presentations and influence decision-making across disciplines
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
