About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all customer issues are diagnosed and addressed promptly
- Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues
- Document troubleshooting steps taken and escalate customer issues when appropriate.
- Other technical support tasks as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging technical tools
- Strong and reliable internet access from your home
- Familiarity executing Python scripts
- Knowledge of MongoDB and the ability to execute find commands
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate meeting etiquette and active listening
- Customer service orientation
- Interest and ability to learn our Patient Privacy and Diversion SaaS tools
- Availability to work part-time hours during EST business hours
