About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead CPNA technology strategy and roadmap
- Advance data, analytics, and AI capabilities
- Mitigate business risks while modernizing current platforms and minimizing technical debt
- Develop and uplift IT organizational capabilities and skills
- Identify, incubate, and scale emerging technologies and digital capabilities

- Lead ERP, CRM, and cloud initiatives

- Oversee IT/OT integration and MES enablement
- Lead talent development and succession planning
- Manage enterprise stakeholders
- Lead the Information Technology function supporting Steelscape and ASC Profiles
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to matrixed technology FTEs
- Work with regional and global peers to meet business service levels and needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Significant experience leading an IT/OT function and managing within a complex and diverse IT structure
- Experience transforming business through value creation within ERP and CRM technology platforms
- Manufacturing acumen and understanding of manufacturing systems such as MES
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience partnering in complex and matrixed businesses
- Ability to lead and deliver in a matrixed environment
- Ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders for strategy development and implementation
- Ability to translate strong technology acumen into strategic business value creation
- Customer and business process centricity

- Postgraduate education in business or technology desirable
