About the role

  • Develops and executes advanced analytics and strategic insights that drive revenue quality, margin expansion, and optimal capacity utilization.
  • Translates financial goals, sales requirements and manufacturing constraints into data-driven pricing strategy.
  • Improves reliability of margin and cost data in partnership with Finance and Operations.
  • Designs and deploys Power BI dashboards and models and applies advanced analytics to translate complex data into clear commercial action.
  • Presents insights and influences decisions at the VP and President level.
  • Creates and deploys scenario tools for pricing, product and customer portfolio decisions.
  • Owns end-to-end margin performance analysis across customers, segments, and plants, converting insight into decisive action.
  • Builds and operationalizes pricing elasticity models to drive disciplined, data-backed price optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics or Engineering
  • 10 years of FP&A, Pricing or Analytics experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify underlying trends and patterns.
  • Excellent MS Excel background including use of pivot tables, lookups, and charts/graphing.
