About the role
- Develops and executes advanced analytics and strategic insights that drive revenue quality, margin expansion, and optimal capacity utilization.
- Translates financial goals, sales requirements and manufacturing constraints into data-driven pricing strategy.
- Improves reliability of margin and cost data in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- Designs and deploys Power BI dashboards and models and applies advanced analytics to translate complex data into clear commercial action.
- Presents insights and influences decisions at the VP and President level.
- Creates and deploys scenario tools for pricing, product and customer portfolio decisions.
- Owns end-to-end margin performance analysis across customers, segments, and plants, converting insight into decisive action.
- Builds and operationalizes pricing elasticity models to drive disciplined, data-backed price optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics or Engineering
- 10 years of FP&A, Pricing or Analytics experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify underlying trends and patterns.
- Excellent MS Excel background including use of pivot tables, lookups, and charts/graphing.
