Oversee and improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality of the bookkeeping team's client work
Ensure consistent achievement of operational KPIs and deliver outstanding quality client outcomes
Inspire, motivate, and lead team to ensure operational excellence and high employee engagement
Lead, supervise, and mentor both onshore and offshore bookkeeping team members; participate in hiring, training, and performance management
Manage workflow and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines and KPIs are consistently met
Improve and oversee bookkeeping operations including bank reconciliations, payroll, supplier payments, invoicing, and financial reporting using best practice and current technologies
Build and maintain strong client relationships; manage onboarding, regular communication, and act as the first point of escalation for client issues
Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on process improvements, service quality, and cross-functional projects
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, internal policies, and industry standards at all times

3–6 years’ experience
Xero Advisor accreditation and advanced Xero knowledge
Advanced Asana knowledge
Leadership experience; experience in public accounting highly regarded
