About the role
- **Position Responsibilities:**
- - Own paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and emerging search opportunities
- - Manage full-funnel paid search campaigns (brand, non-brand, competitor, shopping, and retargeting) to drive customer acquisition and subscription growth
- - Conduct ongoing keyword research, query mining, and account structuring to improve efficiency and scalability
- - Optimize toward core growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS and LTV
- - Develop and execute testing roadmaps across bidding strategies, match types, ad copy, landing pages, and feed optimizations
- - Own forecasting, budgeting, and pacing of paid search spend to ensure efficient growth
- - Monitor and adapt to platform updates (e.g., automation, Performance Max, attribution changes) and industry best practices
- - Analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- **Basic Qualifications/skills:**
- - 3–5+ years of experience managing paid search programs, preferably for DTC and/or subscription-based businesses
- - Proven track record of scaling paid search while maintaining or improving efficiency
- - Strong understanding of growth marketing principles, experimentation, and performance measurement
- - Deep expertise in Google Ads, including search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, attribution models, and testing frameworks
- - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
