About the role

  • Lead the demand planning function in operations for our global CPG business.
  • Liaise closely with the commercial and innovation teams to ensure the business can accurately plan revenue and manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Translate sales signals into actionable demand plans.
  • Ensure finished goods inventory is purchased, positioned, and replenished effectively across eCommerce, Amazon, and future retail partners.
  • Design and implement the demand planning and S&OP processes from the ground up.
  • Serve as the owner of the consensus demand plan, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Work closely with the Commercial team, Inventory Manager, Operations Team, Supply Chain Team, and the CFO.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain planning functions.
  • Experience building or significantly redesigning planning processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in demand forecasting and financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and a strong understanding of data structure and planning logic.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) in support of demand and supply planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
