Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and direct clinical quality, medical excellence, team-based care, clinical productivity and efficiency
Lead and develop group and local hospital medical directors and the Divisional Nursing Partner
Ensure development of medical leaders creates a pipeline of talent to support organizational growth
Direct and plan the medical operations of a defined region to maximize returns on investments and increase productivity
Actively contribute to the development of practice guidelines and care protocols

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of clinical practice experience as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician
5+ years of people leadership experience with oversight of multiple hospitals and/or revenues exceeding $100MM
Bachelor’s Degree, DVM, and successful completion of 1-year rotating internship required
