About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the technical owner of implementation across a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure seamless configuration, integration, and onboarding of our enterprise solutions
  • Manage the day-to-day of all client implementations
  • Scope, deliverables, and timeline management for client implementations
  • Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting client applications
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor during the implementation phase
  • Provide expert guidance on API usage, platform configuration, and integration best practices
  • Document, communicate, and be the expert on client setups and implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or client-facing software delivery
  • Strong proficiency with REST APIs, web technologies, and integration patterns
  • Working knowledge of email concepts – SMTP, SPF, DNS, DKIM and DMARC
  • Ability to write scripts (e.g., Python, Bash) or SQL queries for configuration and testing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical documentation
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and client onboarding processes
  • Experience working in capital markets or an adjacent industry (*nice to have*)
