About the role
- In this fully remote role, you’ll leverage SQL and analytical tools to support complex reporting, pricing, and rebate processes.
- Analyzing, defining requirements, developing, and validating complex reporting and/or data files necessary to meet business objectives.
- Utilizing business knowledge to perform in-depth analyses, proactively investigating abnormal results, writing descriptive summaries of gathered data, and optimizing delivery of end product.
- Proactively analyzing changes in business processes and updating reporting/file feeds accordingly.
- Researching and responding to questions and change requests from business partners; articulating reporting results and business impact.
- Peer review work product of junior and senior analysts and mentor junior analysts.
- Influence medication cost and utilization strategies through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or healthcare or relevant field or equivalent work experience required
- 3 years - Experience with SAS (Base, Enterprise Guide, Studio), SQL, Tableau, or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required
- 5 years - Reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills
- Capacity to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Adaptive to high pace and changing environment
